Throughout his career Ryan Seacrest has become a prominent figure in the radio and television industries. Though he is most known for hosting American Idol until its final season in 2016, Ryan Seacrest is also known for hosting American Top 40 and his own radio program On Air with Ryan Seacrest. In 2017 Ryan Seacrest began to co-host Live with Kelly and Ryan alongside Kelly Ripa.
Ryan Seacrest began his broadcasting career while he was still enrolled in Dunwoody High School in Atlanta, Georgia. His big opportunity arose one day when a DJ called into work sick at the radio station that he held an internship position in. Ryan Seacrest worked at the station until his high school graduation, after which he began work at a radio station in Athens, Georgia.
Producer Ryan Seacrest’s career has been very eventful and has required him to develop routines that keep him organized. He currently produces numerous TV shows, hosts a radio show and manages several of his own companies. As he recently moved to New York, Ryan Seacrest has needed to develop new routines to adapt to his new environment.
Keeping Up With Fitness
Ryan Seacrest has always been adamant in keeping up with physical fitness. In order to stay in shape while he is traveling Ryan Seacrest has hired mobile personal trainers. He also is training with a boxing coach so that he can be prepared for any threats that may reveal themselves. Additionally, he prefers to run through his local park rather than running on a treadmill.
Developing New Routines
Ryan Seacrest, a clothing line creator, prefers to watch the daily news in the morning before his 7 minute commute to work. So that he can read more information, he takes a car to his morning show. As he progresses through his day, he sets certain times aside for addressing emails of answering phone calls.
After working for the radio personality, Dick Clark, Ryan Seacrest determined that his job was not done correctly if audiences believed that it didn’t look easy. In order to add simplicity to his life, he uses his phone minimally and tries to focus on all of the tasks at hand.
